Birdwalk puppies are high in
demand, and therefore there is a waiting list. When you have seriously
made a decision to become a Birdwalk owner, there is a waitlist fee of
$150 for a cockapoo and $200 for a labradoodle to be placed on the
waiting list (which is applied to the purchase price of the puppy).
This fee is non-refundable and indicates your good faith in entering
into a sales contract. Once a puppy has been matched with you it no
longer is considered for placement with any other family and is
maintained and socialized in accordance with the full plan of coming to
spend its life in your home. The wait list fee is reasonable
fee-for-service for the time and effort spent in matching and tailoring
puppy personalities with desires and families, and eliminating that
puppy from other potential sale. Wait list fee may be paid via
paypal – check – post office money order or western union money order.

This policy is in the puppies'
best interests, as circumstances have happened in the past where
decisions have been reversed at final sale time, resulting in delays in
placing pups in their new homes during the optimum bonding times in
development, as well as delayed the availability of these puppies to
others on the waiting list eager for a new addition to their family. We
do of course understand that individual cases may vary and
considerations may be made in individual cases as long as steady open
communication is maintained.
Puppies should be placed with you

folks opt to have the pup stay over for the house training
aspect. We also offer beginning obedience for these pups also.

sooner than the original expected date. (Please note that waiting

decide later on that you do not want a puppy - please see the info

An old proverb to consider: "It is
unwise to pay too much, but it is worse to pay to little. When you pay
too much, you lose a little money … that is all. When you pay to
little, you sometimes loss everything because the thing you bought was
incapable of doing the things it was bought to do. The common law of
business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot."
