Dear Mrs. Bailey, I am not sure if you remember us, but Rob,
Kayla and I came down around Christmas time in 2003 to pick up to 2
pound Cock-a-poos, which got to be only 12 pds each...we came all the
way from New Jersey!!! Well, let me give you a little update on
the dogs, they are just wonderful and beautiful!! We love them to
pieces and they are a wonderful asset to this family!!
From Fredi: Just wanted to touch base you both to let you know
how much we love our pups, boomer and sparky. they are so
smart. the most amazing tempraments, affectionate, beautiful,
friendly, great with other pups. we completed puppy training, and
continue on our own to meet with the same group every week for puppy
play time. I just wanted to thank you both for creating such
wonderful dogs. Fredi S.
Dear Ms. Bailey, I
just wanted to let you know what a joy Sandy is to our family. She fits
right in and is so happy. She sleeps well through the night, is a great
eater, and loves to play, especially with my students at school. I took
her to the vet today for a check-up and the vet said she was perfect.
Thanks so much for your help in answering all of my questions. You were
right, all of the teachers at school now want a puppy. I have given
them your info. I hope you, your family, and all of your animals have a
wonderful holiday season. I will send you pics. as we take them.
Take care,
Betsy, Ryan, and Sandy
From Matthew: Hi
Lucille, It's been about 7 months or so since Meeko entered out lives.
I can't begin to thank you enough for him. He is WAY beyond my wildest
expectations!!! He's smart, adorable, fun, just the right amount of
mischievous, and most importantly, AMAZINGLY affectionate to me, my
wife and my son. Meeko and my son are attached, period. I can't even
bring my son to school without Meeko having to come for the ride.
From Rupa - Hey,
y'all! I just wanted to thank you so much for my perfect little Spike!
He's such a wonderful, wonderful puppy!!! He's so adorable, well
behaved, and funny... we're getting him used to the leash and collar
and everything in my apartment... he usually is good about playing with
his toys and towels with me, but sometimes he likes to play tug of war
with the curtains, but he's great about stopping when i get onto him
(plus, he doesn't have that long of an attention span and usually
switches toys every other minute). Spike is perfect and healthy and a
joy to have! Thank you so much for my little Spikey!
From Marissa - My
cockapoo Lucy was one of Honey and Rusty's litter born on August 28th,
2003. When Lucy came to me last October, she was 2.2 pounds. She is now
almost 12 pounds. I just wanted to write you a quick note to reiterate
how wonderful she is and what happiness she has brought into my
life. I live in Seattle by the water and Lucy loves it. I live in
a very "dog friendly" neighborhood. All the stores downtown have water
outside and dogs can even go into the video store and she always gets a
bone before we leave. Lucy loves the park, going into the water (she
usually gets her legs wet before she scurries in the other direction),
and most of all going to the off-leash dog park. The off-leash park
also has a great off-leash trail that leads to the dog beach where the
dogs can swim and go after tennis balls or just play amongst
themselves. Lucy loves teasing the big dogs as she knows she can run
faster than any of them so it is quite amusing to watch!! :-) Lucy
thinks she IS a big dog. :-) Lucy just graduated from
her 3rd puppy class and did really well. The last class was held at the
dog park and she was tested with distractions versus listening to me.
She listened 90% of the time, but always responded to "come" so I am
very glad about that one. Lucy has the greatest dispositon
ever--numerous people, her vet and the puppy class instructor have all
commented on her great disposition. She loves socialization with other
dogs and people. She is great with children and can run around with the
best of them or curl up and just want her tummy rubbed. Thank you
again Lucile. I couldn't have made a more pefect dog. She is just the
sweetest thing ever and even rings the bell at the door when she has to
go out. However, she is not a fan of the rain, but being that I live in
Seattle, I am hopeful she is just going to get used to it!! I wouldn't
be surprised if your clientele in Seattle has gone up as I have given
out your name and website address to at least a dozen people in the
last year. Thank you again.
From Bob and Deane -Lucile, We are the proud parents of the two
puppies that left you by private jet. They are from the litter
that was born on May 22, 2000. Lucile, what a delight Cosmo and
Curley are. They are everything we ever wanted. Both of
them weigh about forty five pounds. What great dispositions,
warm, loving, affectionate, smart with just a trace of mischievous
behavior. Our two sons are grown up and out of the house. Cosmo
and Curley have taken their place with our attention. Did I
mention how beautiful or should I say handsome they are. .
We are truly blessed. Thank you so much.
From Mary Beth - Lucile, Just a note to tell you that our puppy
arrived safe and sound. He is adjusting beautifully!!! I
have some digital pictures I’ll send to you shortly. The effects
of hurricane Ivan are hitting us now. Lots of rain and
wind. We just missed all the delays yesterday at Newark
airport. Right after we picked up there were 2 and 3 hour delays
on arrivals. The employees at priority parcel didn’t want to part
with him!!! They made sure he had water, food, a belly
rub!!! He is absolutely beautiful!!!! The pictures did not
due him justice. He already pooped twice outside!! He’s not
eating much yet. At the vets suggestion he said put ice cubes in
his bowl for the first couple of days so he doesn’t gulp a ton of
water. He LOVES the ice cubes, he especially loves when they slip
over the rim of the bowl. He then thinks they are a toy. We
had a pretty good night. He’s not thrilled with the crate, but,
he eventually settles down. I’ll send more later. It’s
starting to lightening.
