Birdwalk Farm has been breeding cockapoos since 1977. The breeding program is based on temperament and intelligence, while not sacrificing looks nor good genetics. We focus on health and temperament while giving you adorable, lovable puppies that will become long-lived, loving family members.

These are family dogs, first and foremost. Pups are born in the bedroom where they stay with their mom in a quiet place until about 4 weeks of age when they all move to the living room. As the pups are old enough to start to focus on things, the begin experiencing noises and people. They get toys in their pens as soon as they show any interest to keep them mentally and physically occupied. They get daily romp time to let them experience multiple levels of tactile and visual stimulation. They get to play with non-mom adults (as well as other pups, should there be any of appropriate age). They learn that the cat is boss (or that they at least have to get along with each other!). They will have been started on paper training as well as crate training to ease the transition into your family. Once you are seriously interested in having a cockapoo or labradoodle puppy join your home we work with you to match you with a puppy that will become your loving companion - many people comment that this "bonding experience" is a most enjoyable, intimate time and when their dog arrives in their arms they are already soulmates. Whether meeting in person or arranging shipping, we pencil you in for a pup early on after birth and will keep you fully updated as your puppy becomes old enough to move from our home to yours. If in the unlikely event that pup does not develop to look to be a match for you, we continue to work with you to be sure that your final choice is the best there can be for you.

Puppies are available in a wide variety of colors, in sizes ranging from 6 - 50 lbs when full grown to adult weight.

We have 1st through 5th generation cockapoos and all are North American Cockapoo Registry registered to help establish the cockapoo as a recognized breed. All our breeding stock is AKC registered or provable. The pups are eligible for NACR registration. All breeding stock is CERF tested & OFA certified as well.

Birdwalk Farm is now breeding a select number of Labradoodles! We specialize in mini, non-shed pups for the 20 - 40 lb range, but we do have the occasional full-size standard litter. Generational breeding and f1b's. Adults are OFA and CERF. Temperament testing done on all pups. These are wonderful family dogs awesome personalities!!
